A Liverpool landmark
Stanley Dock sits proudly at the heart of Liverpool's docks. Comprising of three architecturally and historically important buildings, one of which is the Tobacco Warehouse, the dock and surrounding waterfront are a protected UNESCO World Heritage site.
Already developed just across the dock is the outstanding Titanic Hotel, including the Rum Warehouse Conference Centre, which have received multiple awards for heritage, regeneration and operations.
Tobacco Warehouse will reinvigorate this beautiful area, and act as a catalyst for the regeneration of the area leading to the city.
Situated 1.5 kilometres north of Liverpool city centre, Stanley Dock is perfectly positioned to benefit from the ongoing development of Liverpool Waters - the regeneration of 148 acres of the historic docklands and the new Atlantic Corridor development.
The Atlantic Corridor encompasses a zone known as the Ten Streets that runs from an area immediately north of the city centre’s commercial district to Stanley Dock. Former warehouses are being converted into premises for start-up businesses in the artistic, creative and digital fields, and the population is projected to significantly increase in the coming years.
Packed with potential
Stanley Dock offers a dramatic waterfront location for retailers in the same architectural style and scale as Albert Dock.
Full pedestrian permeability exists between the commercial and civic spaces with a boardwalk along the historic waterfront, plenty of natural light and ample underground parking. Further benefits include a public covered walkway with restaurants, cafes and galleries.
An iconic building
The brand truly represents this Liverpool landmark, its proud history, and its exciting future.
Like the development, the new visual identity incorporates elements of the building's iconic architecture, whilst juxtaposing them with a modern simplicity. The 'T' references the steel girders at the building's core, the heart of its industrial heritage. The brick circle that surrounds it is directly inspired by the warehouse's elegant brickwork.
Simple, strong & stylish.
